Founder & CEO

Mike Ma

Mike Ma is a seasoned real estate development and construction executive with over 15 years of industry experience, specializing in complex, large-scale projects within the New York City market.

​

In 2019, Mike founded his own construction company, scaling operations to manage asset classes ranging from high-end residential to institutional housing. His proven track record of managing major capital projects from inception to closeout includes a $100M ground-up condominium project, a 600-unit flagship hotel development, and a 200-unit student housing renovation.

Mike holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University.

Title

Qi Su

Qi Su is a construction management and development professional with over 15 years of experience in ground-up construction, mixed-use development, multifamily residential projects, and major renovations.

At the firm, Qi oversees project management, budgeting, value engineering, consultant coordination, permitting, scheduling, contract negotiation, and construction operations from pre-construction through closeout.

Prior to joining Prospectus Development, Qi held Construction Manage, Project Manager, and Construction Engineer positions at DMG Investments, Fleet Financial Group, and China General Technology Group Holding, with extensive experience in multifamily residential, student housing, luxury condominiums, hotels, and office projects across New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, Texas, and China.

Qi is a PE licensure candidate (PE Exam passed) , holds NYC 62-Hour Site Safety Training (SST) Supervisor Certification, and is a Procore Certified Project Manager. She holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Construction Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.

Outside of work, Qi enjoys photography, LEGO building, architecture, automobiles, traveling, and spending time with family.

Financial Controller

Jiaqi (Jackie) Yen

Jackie Yen serves as the firm's Financial Controller overseeing accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, construction cost tracking, payroll, financial reporting, and internal controls across multiple real estate development projects.

​

Her prior experience includes accounting and financial management roles supporting real estate development, construction, and property-related projects in New York.

​

Jackie holds a master's degree in accounting with a background in finance and business operations.

​

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys fitness training, tennis, traveling, architecture, interior design, and exploring new real estate and hospitality concepts.
